How long will my order take?
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
  • United States: 4-7 days
  • Canada: 7-10 days
  • United Kingdom, Ireland, Most of Europe: 8-12 days
  • Australia: 12-15 days
  • Rest of the world: 18-20 days, depending on location.
How can I check my order status?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Use this number to track your package.
Why isn’t my tracking information showing?
Tracking details can take up to 48 hours to appear. In some cases, updates may be delayed, especially with USPS global shipping. Rest assured, if you have a tracking number, your order is on its way, and we are fully responsible for ensuring it arrives.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can order as a guest. However, having an account offers perks such as:
  • Faster checkout
  • Easy access to order status and history
  • Notifications on new releases and promotions
What if I entered the wrong email address?
Contact us right away to update your email address. We can change your email, name, and shipping address but cannot modify the order itself.
Are there exchange rates?
All transactions are in US Dollars. If your card uses another currency, the total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
Is my online order secure?
Yes, all payment information is processed through an SSL-secured web page. Your data is encrypted and sent directly to the payment provider for authorization. We do not store credit card information.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. If a credit card has already been authorized but the order is canceled, we will issue a refund. Cancellations may incur a $1.00 fee due to processing charges. Please note that orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
How do I set or change my shipping address?
Our site requires all input in English, including punctuation. If your address contains non-English characters, use the closest English equivalents. Once processed or shipped, addresses cannot be changed.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery depends on your selected shipping option. You’ll receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipment, but we are not responsible for customs delays.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you 1-3 days after shipment. You can track your order directly on our website.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No, discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
What if I’m missing items from my order?
Contact us immediately if any items are missing.
What if I only received part of my order?
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to speed up delivery. The remaining items will arrive soon.
Shipping & Customs
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 3 business days and shipped the following day. Orders placed during holidays or sales may take longer. Please contact us if you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices are tax-free in US Dollars. Import taxes, duties, and related fees are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more details. We are not responsible for customs delays.
Is my order eligible for free shipping?
Free shipping is available on eligible orders that meet the minimum required amount, excluding discounted or oversized items. Check the product page for details.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If you believe your order is lost, contact us to initiate an investigation with the courier.
Returns
How do I return an item?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide further instructions.
What if I received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, photos of the item(s), and related information. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How long does the return process take?
Returns are processed within 14 business days from the day we receive your returned item.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. If your refund hasn’t been posted, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Where are you based?
We are based in the United States, with fulfillment centers worldwide to ensure faster shipping.
Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept phone orders. Try using a different device or browser if you’re having trouble placing an order. We are happy to assist with any technical issues.
When can I expect a response to my email?
We aim to respond within 24 hours. If you’ve emailed us on a weekend, we’ll reply the next business day.
